HEC Group Honored as a Leading Enterprise in Bay Area's New Quality Productive Forces for 2024

Recently, the highly anticipated list of "Southern Metropolis Daily · Leading Enterprises in Bay Area's New Quality Productive Forces for 2024" was officially announced. HEC Group was recognized for its outstanding technological innovation capabilities, product development strengths, and market application potential in the fields of new electronic materials, biomedicine, and health and wellness. This honor fully demonstrates the industry's recognition of HEC Group's contributions to promoting the development of New Quality Productive Forces.

At the 2024 Science and Intelligence Summit, HEC Group signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with DeepPotential Technology Company. The two parties will jointly explore the best path for AI-enabled industrial implementation. This marks another breakthrough for HEC Group in AI technology and new material applications following the establishment of the AI4S New Material Research Joint Laboratory in August this year, representing a milestone achievement. "AI technology has become the core force leading the new generation of industrial transformation. HEC Group will take AI-empowered industries as its strategic development direction to empower the research and application of various industries," said a representative from HEC Group.
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China has successively issued new policies calling for vigorously promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the energy system, developing wind power, photovoltaic power generation, and hydropower according to local conditions, and accelerating the research and promotion of large-capacity energy storage technologies. This indicates that traditional technologies are no longer sufficient to meet the new regulatory environment, and various industries urgently need to make research and development upgrades towards new production methods.
Looking back, transitioning industries is difficult; accumulating potential and gaining momentum is even more challenging. However, for HEC Group, there have always been two words: persistence. Through continuous R&D investment and technological innovation, HEC Group has formed a strong brand influence in the three major industries of new electronic materials, biomedicine, and health and wellness, achieving a leapfrog development from deeply tapping the domestic market to global layout. In 2024, HEC Group ranked 34th on China's Top 100 Innovative Enterprises list.

On December 11th, Sunshine Lake Pharma Co., Ltd.. (hereinafter referred to as " Sunshine Lake Pharma "), a subsidiary of HEC Group, submitted a prospectus to the The Stock Exchange Of Hong Kong Limited , soon to become a new addition to the "Dongguan Sector" in the capital market. Currently, HEC Group has two listed companies, HEC (600673.SH) and HEC Changjiang Pharmaceutical (01558.HK). This time, Sunshine Lake Pharma 's merger with HEC Changjiang Pharmaceutical integrates R&D, production, and sales, comprehensively accelerating development and marking an important step in the group's pharmaceutical asset capital operations.

With the sails set high against the strong wind, it is the right time to break the waves. HEC Group persists in serving the country through industry, focusing on undertakings supported by the nation and needed by the people.
